Warranty periods start on the date you receive your order.

3 years: stove core components

The stove body, inner chamber and core components have a 3-year warranty.

1 year: fan and accessories

The fan and accessories have a 1-year warranty. This includes accessories supplied as part of a stove package. They are not covered by the 3-year core-component period.

Free replacement parts for quality defects

For confirmed quality defects within the applicable warranty period, we normally send replacement parts free of charge. Hillrein covers the shipping cost of these replacement parts.
