The Hillrein Trail combines a stainless steel body and burn chamber with individual, hands-on fabrication. These are the materials and the work behind its price.
304 stainless steel
We choose 304 stainless steel for its corrosion resistance and suitability for repeated exposure to cooking heat. It helps build a stove intended for long-term outdoor cooking, with proper use and care.
Hand-welded, individually crafted
Each Trail stove is welded by hand, with individual attention to its construction and finish.
Built to be cared for
The removable burn chamber and components make cleaning between cooks easier. Let the stove cool, remove ash and keep it dry before storage. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, not corrosion-proof; heat can also change its surface color.
Clear warranty periods
From the date you receive your order: 3 years for the stove body, inner chamber and core components; 1 year for the fan and accessories.
