Before you order
What warranty is included?
From the date you receive your order: 3 years for the stove body, inner chamber and core components; 1 year for the fan and accessories. The fan and accessories are not included in the 3-year period.
For confirmed quality defects within the applicable warranty period, we normally send replacement parts free of charge. Hillrein covers the shipping cost of these replacement parts.
How do I power the fan?
Use a 5V USB power bank for portable outdoor cooking, or a compatible 5V USB phone charger where mains power is available. The power source must provide at least 2A at 5V. Keep the power source and cable away from heat and water.
The power supply does not change where the stove may be used: all packages are for outdoor use only.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated U.S. delivery: 2-4 days after ordering for items in our U.S. warehouse; approximately 7-15 days for China-direct orders, routed through Hong Kong by air and delivered by UPS. Availability and destination determine the route. Shipping policy

Where can I use it safely?
All three packages are for outdoor use only. Use in an enclosed space is strictly prohibited. Do not use inside a room, tent or vehicle, even with doors or windows open. The cover and water dust collector do not make indoor use safe; reduced smoke or dust does not mean carbon monoxide is absent.
Keep away from flammable surfaces, children and pets. Do not burn plastic or waste, or use flammable liquids to light the stove. Let it cool completely before moving, cleaning or storing it.
