Can I use it indoors?
No. Hillrein wood stoves are for outdoor use only. Never use a wood-burning stove inside a tent, room, vehicle, or enclosed area.
Is it completely smokeless?
No wood fire is completely smoke-free. The gasifier airflow design can reduce visible smoke when used outdoors with dry fuel and proper airflow.
What fuel can I use?
Use dry wood, charcoal, or suitable biomass fuel. Dry fuel improves heat, reduces visible smoke, and makes cleanup easier.
How long does shipping take?
If an item is in stock at our U.S. warehouse, it usually arrives 2-4 days after the order is placed. For China-direct shipping, the order leaves China, moves through Hong Kong, flies directly to the United States, and is then delivered by UPS. The full China-direct delivery process usually takes about 7-15 days.
What support is included?
